The dimensions are available in our datasheet. There is already calculated some clearance.
As soon as the module temperature reaches 70 degrees+, the fan turns on. The airflow will go over the amplifier module cooling it down.
The NC502MP can have a continuous output power of 100W, audio power is usually 1/5th of peak power, so it can do 500W continuous audio power.
