Du hast den Nagel auf den Kopf getroffen!
Ich habe vor ca. 17 Jahren einen Class-D Amp nach einem Artikel in der Elektronik aufgebaut - das Teil war allerdings suboptimal. Deshalb finde ich es heute interessant, wie weit die Technik inzwischen gediehen ist.
@raphael: ich steh' auf'm Schlauch - TI ist klar, aber wer bitte ist nochmal IOR -ich komm' einfach nicht drauf.

International Rectifier. Ich glaube die Jungs da wissen selbst nicht, wie sie ihre Firma abkürzen sollen. Auf den Bauteilen steht IOR, die Webseite heißt aber www.irf.com, das Firmenlogo wiederum beinhaltet IOR und manche Bauteilnummern werden mir IR begonnen.

Ich habe bisher immer eine Diode in dem vermeintlichen O (=Kreis) erkannt. Sollte ich mich so verguckt haben?

Da hast Du richtig geguckt. Aber wie gesagt, habe schon Bauteile von denen gesehen, wo statt des Logos nur ein "O" gedruckt war.
