would not recommend it for speakers with either 6 or 4 ohm loads. The sound becomes thin or weak when played at higher volumes. The manual does not give 4ohm speaker specs which suggests it was not designed to drive them. It gets warm fairly quickly with my 6ohm front and center channels and 4ohm rear speakers. However, it never clips at volume. A testament to the build quality and the stout power supply.
