Dummerweise lässt sich das Gerät danach nur schlecht auf 19.01 bringen.

Nach diesem Update geht es.

Leider mit einer instabilen USB Verbindung reine Glücksache.

If something goes wrong during the firmware update, you may end up with a unit that has a blank white screen.

Don't Panic!

First note down what is the serial number at the bottom of the unit.

As the first test you can try to power up the unit and even if the screen is blank, connect the unit to USB and run the updater.exe again. If the unit is detected, the updater should suggest a rescue operation and you can try to update the unit again.

From serial numbers AM21130 upwards you would try this:

Remove all cables from the unit
Connect/short-circuit the left-most and right-most pin on the top row of the datalink connector (use a paper clip or a piece of wire) while plugging in the power plug, the display will remain white.
Remove the short-circuit and connect to USB.
Run Updater.exe

Natürlich beschäfftige ich mich auch mit DSP......ist mir aber im Moment nichts vernünftiges untergekommen....

Hallo Schmidt,
ich habe mit Windows 10, 1903 nach dem Update zunächst das beschriebe Whitescreen Problemgehabt. Nach dem ebenfalls beschriebenen Reset ging es aber dann im zweiten Anlauf schnell und ohne Probleme.

Ich konnte auf die Schnelle keinerlei Änderungen gegenüber der 2013er Firmware feststellen. Hat sich irgendwas merkbar geändert?

Wenn meine linke KE25 wieder von Visaton zurück kommt (durchgebrannt ), werde ich meine Concorde WG direkt wieder neu einmessen und berichten.

SPDIF out: Better channel sync (with mute) for all inputs with the digital output mode after changing settings/profile/filters.
SPDIF out: Better mute for digital output.
SPDIF out: Channel balance setting supported in digital output mode.
SPDIF out: The channel status bits now correctly reflect the 48kHz output rate.
SPDIF in: Dual Mono supported for Toslink input - copies the left channel data to the right channel.
USB in: A small change in the USB Audio descriptor, improving compatibility.

Danach wurde das Gerät stabil erkannt und USB Audio hatte Funktion.

Messungen bleiben erhalten.
