bin auch auf dieboxhifi gestoßen, folgender Kommentar aus einem anderen Forum gibt mir aber doch zu denken!

On 05.03.02 I ordered from Dieboxhifi.de in Mainz (Germany) one
Scanspeak D2008 driver and two Visaton TIW 400 DS for a total amount of
616.80 euros
including shipment and tax.
They got the money on 15.03.02 by bank transfer as confirmed by an
e-mail from Ralph Wald.
The last e-mail from them was on 22.03.02. Then I started to phone them
and until today I talked with all the people inside there ( Wald,
Jordan, Behle, someone who didn’t speak any word of english) so much
that now they recognize me from my voice. After about 50 euros of calls
the evolution of the story was:
- delay of about 30 days because the Scanspeak driver that they received
from factory was broken
- delay of about 20 days trying to find a ghost-shipment that was lost
by Schenker transport agency
- delay of about 30 days waiting a second pair of Visaton drivers
- on 04.06.02 Ralf Wald to phone said: “ Everything ok I just sent you
the goods” : I received a box containing only the Scanspeak.
Another phone call : Wald said: “ One of the two Visaton had a
die-cast (!!!!) broken. We already ordered another one”.
- on 13.06.02 I sent an e-mail and fax giving them 15 days to receive
the Visatons. No answer as usual.
- on 08.07.02 I sent an e-mail and fax where I requested for money
refund within 12.07.02 giving them my bank account number. Silence
again.
- on 16.07.02 another my call: Wald said : “ I sent you the goods but I
don’t remember when or the number of package, probably the shipment
agency lost the shipment ( again!!), within two days I will give you
more information ”.Of course … silence!
- on 19.07.02 another my e-mail saying them that if they will not
refund me within 24.07.02, I tell all this story all over the
Internet, to costumers associations and to my lawyer. This was the
answer: “we will refund the amount for the 2x Visaton speakers.I will give this
item to our accountants but in this holiday season it will takes around
8-10 days.” After 4 months he has the courage to ask me other 8-10
days!!!
On September they received a letter even from German costumer
association and again from me and, you guess?, I’m
still waiting…
I know that I’m not the only one that had same problem.
..so, my friends,take your conclusions.
