    Exotenlautsprecher

    Hallihallo,

    ich möchte eine meiner älteren Ideen wieder aufgreifen (zum zweiten Mal, nach einmaligem Scheitern).

    Es handelt sich um einen Standlautsprecher mit Bandpass im Bassbereich (W170S) und einer Mittel-Hochton-Einheit aus 2 FRS8 und einem HT (weis jetz noch nich welcher).

    Da ich bisher meine vorhandenen LS in die Simulation eingebaut habe, hat das ganze eine zu niedrige Impedanz. aber das ist erstmal zweitens. Was sagt der Fachmann zu der Idee? Im übrigen funktionieren solche Konzepte, auch wenn man es nicht überall so macht ;-)

    hi,
    wenn der w170s im bandpass spielt, müssen die frs8 sehr, sehr früh übernehmen. das wird knifflig. die dynamik im grundtonbereich hat dann auch wenig reserven.

    zu 2xfrs8 plus ht in d´appolito anordnung, das könnte was gutes werden.

      Ja es ist sehr knapp. Aber auch eine kleine Senke zwischen 100 und 200 Hz wäre zu verkraften. Es soll nicht High-End werden, eher etwas ungewöhnliches aber gutes. Auch der Tower von Visaton ist ein Exot und auf Anhieb würde ihn keiner mal eben entwerfen. Solche Sachen vermisse ich generell hier im Forum ;-)

        Über das Loch zwischen 100 und 200Hz würde ich mir auf Anhieb den Kopf nicht zerbrechen: kann gut sein, dass es im Hörraum wieder "aufgefüllt" wird.

        Und ja, Exoten sind hier rar. Könnte daran liegen, dass sie nur selten des Aufwandes Wert sind, die man in sie investieren muss. Die Bereitschaft eine "Totgeburt" in die Welt zu setzen hält sich im Rahmen. (Da fällt mir auf Anhieb nur Volker ein). Ist auch verständlich: letztenendes kostet es auch was...

          Das ganze scheitert bisher an der niedrigen Impedanz wie unterdem Link zu sehen. Was kann man da tun? Auch die Verwendung von 8ohmigen FRS8 hilft da nich. 8ohm TT?

                      Für echtes D'appo kommt leider nur diese Kalotte von Scan Speak in Frage:

                      28mm Membran, 750 Hz Reso und da ohne Gehäuse 36,5 mm Durchmesser. Bei einer Trennfrequenz von 1.900 Hz sind dann tatsächlich alle theoretischen Dappo-Vorgaben erfüllt.

                      Durchaus reizvoll, nur würde ich dann auch im Tieftonbereich Nägel mit Köppen machen und den AL 170 als Bandpasstreiber nehmen. Dass das gut klappt, hat Burmester mit seiner "Rondo" bereits bewiesen.

                          Genau, die Kosten würden dann schon nach etwas anderem verlangen. Mir ging es auch (ein ganz klein wenig) darum, vorhandene LS zu nutzen, aber nicht als KO-Kriterium.

                          Nur komisch, dass ein großer Bereich unter 4Ohm liegt, da hört mein Verständnis auf...

                            Komisch ist das nicht, sondern das Resultat von Frequenzweichen, die auf hohen Pegel pro Spannung gezüchtet werden in der Annahme, damit erhöhe sich der Wirkungsgrad. Das Gegenteil ist meist der Fall.

                            Da aus dem Kauderwelsch des 1. Beitrags wohl kaum jemand ein Boxsim-Projekt machen kann, habe ich das mal erledigt:
                            ursprüngliches Boxsim-Projekt

                            Es geht auch wesentlich hochohmiger. Als kleines Schmankerl habe ich zur Kostenreduzierung mal eine etwas exotischere Weiche simuliert. Sie kommt trotz Vermeidung von Impedanzschweinereien und Trennfrequenz von ca. 130 Hz ganz ohne RLC-Glieder aus.
                            W170S in BP + 2 x FRS8 + G20SC


                            So sieht die Weiche aus:
